As of now i have been offered as Manager Marketing (M3) grade in a 150 crore business concern and i have given acceptance of the same.
By the while i had asked for 4.5 lac as CTC and the GM who is concerned is not accepting the same and he is giving a cost of 3% from the turn over will be the CTC. I have an experienc of 7 yrs in marketing and i have to take care for south region as manager and no other subordinates will be absorbed under me. Kindly suggest me the best lower offer as per the current standard as i have to provide my offer at the earliest.
I have a doubt that Travellig Expenses will be covered under the CTC or Not.

Even Rs. 4.5 Lac is quite low if your exp is 7 yrs, well it all depends upon your qualification, will be able to guide you more if you can brief about your qualification

I think instead of CTC as a whole you should quote an in hand salary that you would be expecting.This would give you a clearer picture as a company can put a lot of things in a CTC. a 4.5 lac CTC can get you 25 thousand in hand as well as 30thousand thus you must stress on in hand.
As you have worked earlier you should expect a minimum of 25% raise over your last job.
