Hello Everyone,
I am inquiring about companies that offer restricted or optional holidays. Do EY, Tech M, Accenture, Wells Fargo, and Deloitte provide these types of holidays? Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

The provision of restricted or optional holidays can vary significantly from one company to another, and often depends on the specific policies of the company and the country in which it operates.
For companies like EY, Tech M, Accenture, Wells Fargo, and Deloitte, it is advisable to directly check their official websites or contact their HR departments for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
However, it is worth noting that many major companies do offer a certain degree of flexibility when it comes to holidays. This can include optional holidays, where employees can choose to take off on certain days that are not officially recognized holidays, or restricted holidays, where employees can choose a certain number of holidays from a list of dates throughout the year.
Remember, the specifics can vary, and the best source of information will always be the company itself.

Dear Rashi Shrivastav,
We are least concerned and bothered about companies i.e, EY, Tech M, Accenture, Wells Fargo, and Deloitte, what they do in the matter of restricted or optional holidays.
You should be more focused on what the Acts and rules of the state of operation mandates and that should be your line of action.
The matter of restricted and optional holidays are governed by the adopted leave policy of the company. And the policy has adopted matching to the state rules or central rules, where the establishment is existing.
My company is working accross the country, thus we have different policy for every states and Union Teritories. Because the company has to oblige & comply to the state frame rules.
So you should discuss with the HR of EY, Tech M, Accenture, Wells Fargo, and Deloitte, if they are operating in your state.
