I have retired from private service on 31-03-2024 at the age of 58 & claimed F&F from EPFO. Later in last month i claimed form 10D for monthly pension (deffered 1 year), but it got rejected with following reason.
Claim Rejected SPOUSE DETAILS NOT FURNISHED IN THE CLIAM FORM ,SUBMIT ALONG WIHT DOCUMENTS::RETURNED FOR ATTACHING CANCELLED CHEQUE WITH MATCHING MEMBERS NAME. VISIT FAQ ON PENSION ON EPFINDIA.GOV.IN.
Kindly suggest to correct above rejection & further action by considering my following points.
1. In 2019, I lost my wife due to health issue, so my self and only daughter are my family members. (no father & mother)
2. I nominated my daughter (19 years old) in EPS.
3. In claim form 10D also, i provided my daughter's details in family details.
Also guide me should any other declarations need to be uploaded for non-rejection.

These are common errors that take place when you upload the requests. I am afraid when nowhere in the claim form the word Spouse is available how can they reject a claim saying that you have not given the details of the spouse. The second reason may be genuine, that you might have attached a cheque leaf with a different name or surname than what is available in the PF portal. It is better if you reach the EPF Office and discuss the matter with the PRO who is 'expected' to serve the members.
