Dear Seniors, If we enrolled an employee in EPF and ESIC by mistake but he/she is not eligible for PF and ESI we mistakenly generate UAN and IP numbers. Now, what is the way to exempt that employee? How can we stop contributions in PF or ESI that do not affect compliance?
