Our company gives laptops to employees for official use, and now we want to offer our employees that they can pay a monthly instalment of the market value of the laptop, and they will retain the laptop at the end of their employment by paying the remaining amount or when the instalments will be completed. Can I get any formal document on the terms and conditions of the mentioned offer?
