As per the Factory Act how to calculate salary days,

Example 1: An employee is absent 4 days in a week will be entitled to weekly off or not.
2, Employees absent Saturday or Monday shall be eligible for Sunday as weekly off
3, An employee present on Saturday after that absence from Monday to until Thursday shall be eligible to be paid to Sunday as weekly off.

Treatment of a holiday/ weekly off day coming in between leaves depends on the type of leave the employee has availed. If the employee has availed annual leave with wages or earned leave, then the Sunday intervening between two such leave days, ie, Saturday and Monday SHOULD NOT be marked as leave BUT should be marked as weekly Off only.

If the leave is leave without pay, then you can treat the Sunday also as unpaid.
