I worked in a company for 3 months, and after 3 months, I put in a resignation, which got accepted, but I couldn't complete 3 month's notice period I completed only 2 month's notice period and joined another company where I absconded within a month and joined other company as a fresher where I am working currently from last 2 years now I am planning for the switch but not sure about how I can handle about my previous work history while making switch process. Please guide.
