Pay decent salaries and retirement benefits, offer loyalty bonus to those who will remain with the organisation for a certain periods, say three years, five years, ten years etc and make them feel that they are secured in the hands of the management of the company. These will you to retain manpower. Including performance based incentives a part of compensation would help to increase productivity also. No theories of modern HR will give you any fruitful remedy to the solution of employee retention but by offering good salary and better job security would give you results.
