Hi,

After review of performance during Probationary period subject to satisfactory performance confirmation letter can be issued to the employee. Performance review form / confirmation letter template are company specific. Some company follow direct confirmation without any performance review form. There is no predefined template.

Hi,
The process of converting employees from probation to confirmation typically involves a performance review and assessment to ensure that the employee has met the required standards and expectations during their probationary period. While specific procedures may vary by company, here is a general outline that you can adapt to your organization's needs:

Define Probationary Period Criteria:
Clearly outline the criteria and expectations for the probationary period when the employee is hired. This may include specific performance goals, job responsibilities, and behavioral expectations.

Regular Feedback and Communication:
Throughout the probationary period, provide regular feedback to the employee on their performance. This can be done through one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, or feedback sessions.

Performance Evaluation:
Towards the end of the probationary period, conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation. Assess the employee's performance against the established criteria. This evaluation can cover areas such as job skills, teamwork, communication, and adherence to company policies.

Probation Review Meeting:
Schedule a meeting with the employee to discuss the results of the performance evaluation. Provide constructive feedback, highlight areas of improvement, and address any concerns. This meeting is also an opportunity for the employee to share their perspective and ask questions.

Confirmation Decision:
Based on the performance evaluation and discussions, make a decision regarding the employee's confirmation. If the employee has met the required standards, prepare to move forward with the confirmation process.

Confirmation Letter:
If the decision is to confirm the employee, issue a confirmation letter. This letter should congratulate the employee on successfully completing the probationary period and officially confirm their status as a permanent employee. Outline any changes in terms of employment, such as salary adjustments or benefits.

Documentation:
Maintain proper documentation of the entire process, including performance evaluations, feedback, and the confirmation letter. This documentation is important for legal and HR purposes.

Follow Company Policies:
Ensure that the confirmation process aligns with your company's HR policies and procedures. Some organizations may have specific forms or templates for confirmation that need to be followed

Thanks
