I have been working in a KPO company which is MNC and in the market for 20 years. In this company, it's production-based salary. I don't know whether it's a legal thing or not. I dropped my resignation as I was not able to meet their targets. Now, they stated like they will terminate me & will blacklist me if I did not meet the targets. Is it possible to terminate and blocklist the employee for this reason?.. Anyone, please advise.
