I am HR-Executive with a challenging task on framing Basic HR policies for the organization. I have experience in recruitments but some how could not figure out the right way of framing the policies. it would be great if our friends saggest me on this task. We are in to software development and we are having an employee strength of 55. We want to adopt some policies which are suitable for companies like us and which are not obsolete. I have also added the document for your kidn perusal which i have prepared.
