I'm in the midst of establishing company idea innovation/ program systematic evaluation system. If anyone had already implemented such system it is very useful if you could share with me.

Current evaluation are not really a set of measurable parameters, some I would say more on evaluator feels which may involve bias based evaluation.

Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
