Hello Everyone, Can anyone help me, with how many returns we have to file in a year with their due dates?

It varies from state to state & depends on industry as well
There are compulsory monthly returns such as ESI & EPF on monthly basis
PT returns are monthly in many of the states such as Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, AP, WB Etc & in TN the same is half yearly, PT is not applicable in the states like Delhi, UP & Rajasthan
In Karnataka there is Annual returns under PT as well
LWF is monthly in states like Kerala & Haryana but Half yearly in states like Maharashtra & Delhi, in Karnataka, AP, Telangana, TN it is Annual
There are annual returns under Shops Act & the same is due in the month of Jan every year in Karnataka but states like Maharashtra & Telangana its due in the month of April
Like wise Factory act also has Annual returns in many of the states & few states has Half yearly as well
