I am BV Hanumantha Rao working for the Polymers Industry. We are the manufacturers and more of customer audits will happen. We total manpower of 300 employees. I would like to know how the Competency and Skill matrix is to be prepared for these employees.
Can anybody guide me how to proceed on this matter and prepare the data required.
