Hi,

If the place of posting is outside India (i.e) USA, then rules and regulations applicable to foreign soil will apply. You need Appointment Order contract as per their terms.

If the employee is hired at India and there is plan to depute him/her to USA then you need to prepare Appointment order based on Indian norms.
