Meet the HR of the organization. Prior to that, prepare a questionnaire. It can contain the following questions: What type of organization? What kind of trainings are conducted? Technical, non-technical, or behavioral; on-the-job training, or classroom training; who is getting trained; how the training needs analysis is done.
