In the canteen LPG cylinders of more than 100kg storage is not allowed... If using though manifold system accepted or not? please suggest

If you want to increase 100+ Storage capacity then you can absolutely go for manifold system. But you have to take approval licensing and registration from Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO).

The law does not prevent storage of gas cylinders beyond 100kg.
The law requires that if you have more than 100 kg of LPG, you need to take a license from PESO.
the latest revision is that you do not need license for storage go cylinders that are connected to a Manifold that complies with the relevant IS standards. If you have a manifold that is of the correct standard (in terms of design, specification, etc), then you don't need a license, else you need to get a license to store
