How to make a grade pay system for a startup company and we are also planing on enroll employees pf & esi so please suggest me how to create grade pay system and salary structure including contribution employer pf & esi. our current employees are around 25.

First of all as the organization has already around 25 employees ( probably excluded contractual - but as per law they will also to be counted ) , there is no scope for planning rather it should be immediately obtain the PF & ESIC Codes to enroll the employees.

Remuneration structure is always depending on nature of business, capacity to pay , market trend etc. In absence of those it is not possible to suggest anything.
