This Month our company's Marketing person was on Company work at Mumbai for 4 Days, How i Calculate His salary of these 4 days. (He is also getting Overtime)

1. 24 Hours of day ?
2. Routine Working hours.?
3. 8 Hours working and rest in Overtime ?

I presume the question is like this. You have deputed one of your employees to Mumbai for some work for 4 days. You want to debit the Mumbai office for the services your office has rendered for Mumbai Office. Right? Then the cost is the salary of the employee for 4 days calculated on the basic of his average salary plus the travel expenses and lodging and boarding admissible. Obviously, if he is paid any overtime payment, that should also be included. Normally for outstation work overtime is not paid but a lum sum amount as bata or daily allowance or outstation allowance is paid.

for marketing employees every company have their tour and travels policy. so please look the the company policy for same. because he was on duty and salary would be made for 04 days only rest their for late stay he will be entitled for TA and DA as per his respective grade and pay.
where as including their stay in hotel, Food, local conveyance and misc. expenditure.
