I was working with MNC on third-party payroll for more than 2 years. I properly resigned from the organization, but due to my family condition, I needed the early relief. When I spoke with my managers, they were fine with that and asked me to stop working, but they sent an inappropriate mail to my consultancy stating I was not willing to work even though I had a mail I had to send to managers. But now, at this point, my consultancy has not provided me with my relieving letter stating my mistake.. please help me with how I will get my relieving letter.

The fact that you acted as per the instruction of the managers of MNC and abandoned service is not helping, as perhaps you did not keep the consultant, who is your employer in the picture. Now that it is over, you may candidly apologise to the consultant and seek pardon. You may offer to pay for the notice period. Probably this may help.

Please provide email evidence of your manager’s approval of early support to your consulting organization and request that your resolution letter be edited and released.
