Dear Sir,
facing issue as we know that esi site is not working from last few days. but in esi its compulsory to registration of employee within 10 days, what we can do in that case , or how to clear the matter of late registration notice.

There will be a show cause notice and you have to reply to that notice. The matter will be solved. Normally, the date of registration will be treated as date of joining for the purpose of benefits.
