How can we manage leave policy who joined in middle of the month?
1.5 leave/month & 2.5 leave/ month then how can we give leave to new joinee?
every 10 days from joinee or any calculations ?
1-10 - 1.5 leave
10-20 - 1 leave
20-30 - .5 leave
after 25 of the month no leave?

How to decide on accrual of leaves is mostly a matter left to the organisation as long as it does not violate the law.
As per law, in a factory, you need to compute salary at the start of the calendar year, giving them 1 day for every 20 days worked in the previous year. No leaves need to be given for the person from joining till he 1st Jan. If you want to give a better policy, nothing stops you. It seems you are basically giving 18 days a year. In that case, your approach seems to be fair.
However, as Mr. Nair said, you need to communicate your problem clearly or assumptions will be wrong and you will get a wrong answer
