i have been ESIC resitrastion but all my workers salary is above 15000/- so do i have to pay provident fund? pls help mi

Dear Colleague,
As per Provisions of Employees Provident Fund Act PF is mandatory for employees whos salary is upto 15K. For employees who are drawing more than this threshold limit, it is optional. However, if the employee was earlier covered in PF in the previous employment and having valid PF number and UAN number, he should be allowed to continue his PF membership by contribution. This is a mandatory requirement.
