Please clarify. I joined mnc past week having 6 years experience last two companies have all records but my first concern gave only the relieving letter and also pay consolidate in-hand salary that one is not registered company but client have all documents registered one I submit all documents for BGV two days ago I got a mail from my hr team that first company's records not found.
I am trying to get a letter from the client concern's hr that one is acceptable or not please confirm. I have mail conversation proof for the past 3 years first concern.
