Assessment centre does not imply a location as the term suggestes. It is a methodology of assessing the employees using various tools and techniques on
1. Behavioural
2. Functional
3. Leadership
Some of the popular tools and techniques used in here are
1. Psychometric analysis
2. Role plays
3. Simulation excericses
4. Candidate Observation
5. Presentation

But as heard there are some real centers where there are such tests being conducted..
Organisations like TATA, Infosys & others have their own centers. I would like to gain in more information regarding those..
It was also said by someone to me that there are some assessment centers in mumbai at malad, but I'm not able to get information regarding the same..
so if anyone has any idea.. please let me know
