wht you need to concentrate in an induction prog are the following points
aim of the organization.
where the organization fits in the respective sector
req of the company of the individual-- how to dev those qualities in them.
Depending on wht kind of organization you have , and the profile of the individuals diff topics such as motivation, soft skills, leadership skills, grooming etc can be touched upon.

Thanks for your vauable suggestions. We are planning to keep the induction programme upto 1/2 day, in which HR induction will be of 1-2 hrs.
