Promoted as a manager but did not receive a bonus while all our team except me received salary and bonus

Hi! I am working for a reputed Pvt banking. I am promoted as a manager but did not receive a bonus while all our team except me received salary and bonus... I received the only salary... What would be the possible reasons ... Can I get it or no?

Before you explore reasons for non payment of bonus, you better speak to your immediate boss and ask for your grievance which is the only way to find a solution to your post. There is no law which says when an employee promoted he will not be eligible for Bonus.

You need to ask the HR why you did not receive Bonus. Your higher wages may be a reason for non payment of bonus, check with other employee of your category whether they received or not.
