Dear all, I am a fresher as a HR in a growing corporate company (core Engineering & assembly), where the HR department is new to the company and I am serving as the only HR. Currently, we are planning to increase employee benefits in the form of Sodexo cards or HDFC free Meal cards like that.
Can anyone advise me in this regard, with what are all the advantages and disadvantages for both Employer and Employee?
How to calculate and deduct these benefits?... Thank you in advance.
