The scenario is that one MNC company has taken over (Acquisition) another MNC with their assets and manpower, with their employment and service continuity.
I need your great help in preparing the letter. In that case which letter we need to handover to employees? Any draft?

There could be more than one options-
1.Re-issue appointment letter with detailed terms & conditions of service consequent to acquisition;
2.To have bi-partite agreement executed, mutually signed, mentioning therein, among others, continuity of service, EPF, Gratuity, seniority etc.
