Dear Richa,

Behavioral training programs are not gender-specific. Whether for men or women, the training programs remain the same.

You have not mentioned the capacity in which women employees work. What kind of interactions they have, with whom they have them, and why they have them. Have you faced any problems in the company, or is behavioral training going to be a proactive approach?

Whatever the reason for organizing the training program may be, you can focus on interpersonal skills, listening skills, questioning skills, etc.

Lastly, what happens after training is also important. What will be the mechanism to ensure that the learning is implemented in day-to-day work? Without this mechanism, my observation is that a large number of programs just go to waste.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar
