Can someone suggest the most adaptable and functional Organisation structure for a manufacturing Unit?

Put all Technicians (ITI's) in one bracket, all diploma holders (manufacturing related dip.) in other and all degree (BE, B.Tech) on separate column, Keep all support functions like HR A/c, IT separate from production.
