Hi, Recently I joined in a company on August 5th of 2019 as a contract employee. After 6 months completion they extended for another 1 month. After that they made as a permanent employee with an increment of 10k .

In the increment letter they wrote that if I failed to work for 1 year I have to repay the increment amount for the how many months I have worked if don't work for 1 year.addotion to that clause in the permanent letter they made a clause if I failed to work for 1 year I have to repay them 1lakh rupees as a compensation with 1 month.and if they terminate me they will give me 1 month notice. In this notice period they mentioned only basic amount to be paid.

After they issued permanent position covid 19 situation came. Due to this situation they provided work from access. In the month of April they promised we have to work extra hours such that they complete the heavy task such that they provide us bonus instead of comp-off through orally. And also in the beginning they told orally that they are going to pay our laptop rentals, internet bills.

After the completion of 45 days when ever I remind them about these issues immediately they raised pip for 4 weeks .in that they wrote not working in the office hours based on the whatsapp response late .and delay in the deliverables. They intentionally alloted impractical work load and based on that they asked me to resign otherwise they will terminate me without any service letter .I asked you did not mentioned me any notice period . They argued that PIP itself is a notice period.so no need of notice period. So no need of compensation.after continuous reminder from my side they agree to pay only basic salary.

How can I get justice due this. i had all the proofs including audio tapes of our telephonic conversation.they did same thing for other colleagues too for nearly 25 from other department. They resigned immediately after they asked but I am the only person who was opposing this.how can I fight with this guy.
