Dear all Members, I am working in small scale sector in Fabrication Industries having MSME Udyog number. We got factory building plan approval and permission from local BDO office in Vanur taluk,Villupuram District, Tamilnadu and also paying License fees in local BPO office for last two years without ESI and PF. We have employee’s strength of 17 – 20 nos on roll with 70HP power supply connection and extra Contract labour minimum 10 number without roll.
(a) I like to know whether we need to register in I.O.F for approval purpose and factory license for our unit.
(b) Due to COVID-19 effect we like to register in ESI and PF for Employees benefit. For that, I.O.F factory license is required or not? Unit is in operation for last 2 years. How to regularise in I.O.F /ESI/ PF department?
Please suggest the procedure or guidelines to help me to proceed further.
