First, bind these employees with a non-negotiable attendance system by informing their reporting officers/supervisors of their "In" and "Out" time for each day's duty. Attest the same on a weekly or fortnightly basis and email/WhatsApp for centralized attendance recording for computing monthly wages, salaries, incentives, etc.
