In my office, my employer deducted employer PF Contribution from employees/my CTC / Inhand Salary.
As like we have Deduction of rs 1800 as employee contribution and the employer/ Company contribution of equal amount rs 1800 is also dedicated from our salary.
Is it a Legal practice by company.

Deduction of employer contribution from employee salary is illegal.
As employee you are expected to pay your share which is deductible from your salary and gives you IT benefits.
But employer deduction their share also from your pay is irregular.
Please check with other employees whether the same is happening.
Take up with employer and find out is it inadvertent or intentional.
