Hello All, I'm Mukund, Talent Ops. Specialist. I'm paying LTA in this month payroll to all my eligible employees. and my query is like,
1) How many days of consecutive leaves need to taken by employee? 5 days or 7 days?
2) If it is 7 days and employee took leave from Monday to Friday , than can we club his leaves and convert his weekend holidays in PL.

For availing LTA you can make a rule that an employee must avail minimum number of 5 days at a stretch.
If a person apply for leave from Monday - Friday how you can convert his weekli holidays into Leave. It is only intervening weekly off could be converted into PL. Any preceeding /succeeding weekly offs shall be treated as weekly off only and not as leave.
