Hi Team, Wanted to understand how to compensate the expenses of employee in case of deputation for more than one month to other city in India.
Under travel Policy the reimbursement cost for stay goes very high and can we have different way of compensating employee.

All the contingencies to reimbursement of the cost of out-station deputation of employees should be foreseen and included in the Travel Policy of the organization at its formulation stage itself. The employer can not look for any other alternative just because the period of deputation happens to be longer than expected. The employer should not ignore the benefits to the organization derived out of such occasional longer duration of deputation.
