Would like to know how many minimum leave to be calculated.
Entitlement after working 240 days
For each 20 days work per formed = 1 day leave, is it like 365/ 20 days = 18 days or
Actual days worked like : 365 less 52 weekly off Less 15 days leave = 298/20 = 15 days or
240 / 20 = 12 days
Please guide.
