Short: I received an offer with a decent hike and accepted it. After a few weeks, I found that the Variable component is more, which I didn't notice during acceptance. How should I communicate with HR to move my variable component to Fixed?

Detail: I received an offer with a Variable component mentioned as LTA & Phone for ₹1,00,000, which made my salary as expected during HR discussion with a 3-month notice period. My joining date is 30 days from today. As of now, I don't have any other offers in hand.
