Hi all,

I have 8 years of experience in IT, with the first 3 years spent at Company A and the subsequent 5 years at Company B. However, my stint at Company C was short-lived, lasting only 5 months and resulting in a negative experience.

During my time at Company C, I received an offer from a new company, D. I chose not to include my brief tenure at Company C on my resume, citing personal reasons for leaving Company B and stating that I had been actively job hunting for the past 5 months. Fortunately, the new company extended me an offer, and I smoothly resigned from Company C to prepare for my upcoming role at Company D.

I am now concerned about whether omitting my experience at Company C will be detected during the background verification process by Company D and if it could potentially lead to any issues. Additionally, I am unsure if the UAN (could you clarify what this stands for?) may present any complications. Your insights on these matters would be greatly appreciated.
