My friend father has death December 2014. But his mother not claim file 2018. than employer is says to gratuity from not submit today and says three years limit of claim file. please suggestion me.

There is no such limitation for claim of gratuity
Company is dutybound to pay gratuity from their side.
Even interest can be claimed from company
If company wont listen go to the Labour officer of the area
