Hi, Your ex-employer is supposed to change your DOB in their portal. In case if they fail to do so you can take it up further with PF grievance redressal meet.

There are two chances for such comments in the portal. One, your adhar does not have date of birth but only year of birth is available. In most of the adhar which are taken during the initial time only year of birth was recorded. This can be changed easily. You can do it online or take the help of any adhar facilitation centre. Only document that you have to produce is the date of birth certificate or school leaving certificate as proof of your date of birth.
The mismatch due to wrong date of birth in the records can be easily verified from the member portal by the member. If in your profile the wrong date of birth is shown, then you change the date of birth in the Basic Details field. This has to be approved by an employer, either the previous employer or the present employer. Change of date of birth having more than a year's difference can not be done from this online facility; for that you have to send the details with a joint application to the concerned Sub Regional Office of EFPO.
