I presume you are referring about self declaration from female employees who travel to other city as part of job along with Directors.
When employees are posted out of city, especially female employees it is the primary duty of the employer to ensure safety of those employees. In what way the self declaration letter will safeguard the company in case of problem I am not sure.
Please explain the purpose behind the letter in detail.
