Dear Sir/Madam, I am working in Indian Pharma Company and submit a bill of hotel with higher amount and company caught me with that as there was a mistake in bill which is easy to find and i got the mail from HR for explanation. I had given an apology on that but after few days they remove me from Company group and told me to resign and also send me to submitted previous bill also which already reimburse. i have to take 2 month expenses and 1 month salary. What to do now? will they do any legal action?

No I doubt it.They have terminated you and company will not do anything further in normal circumstances.
