Can someone tell me whats the valid count of Marriage leave & Maternity leave for employee who has completed 1 year and less than 1 year?

Eligibility : A woman is eligible to receive maternity benefit if she has worked for at least 80 days in the 12 months immediately preceding her expected date of delivery.
Leave Applicability : Female civil servants are entitled to maternity leave for a period of 180 days (26 Weeks) for their first two live born children.
Marriage leaves not comes under legal provisions.
