Hi,
I work as Plant HR in a manufacturing industry. There are lot of problems regarding Hr issues, so i need some ideas so that we can plan department wise innovative interactive sessions so that employees feel free to open up and address their grievances and they should feel HR presence also at the same time.
Regards,
Divya

Dear Divya,
If there are HR issues in your company then why these were not noticed by the senior management? It appears that in addition to HR issues you might have quality issues as well.
I appreciate your idea of solving people issues. For the development of the organisation, people development is necessary. However, in most of the companies in India, the management is tradition and conservative. They might not support you if you put forth the proposal to solve the people issues.
Therefore, the best method is to focus on quality issues. Have you measured the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)? If not first measure this cost. This cost cannot be reduced unless you have people who have high productivity. For the high productivity of the employees, it is important for them to be motivated. Therefore, management will be forced to look at the HR issues per force.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
