Hi,
I joined Capgemini India one month ago, where we all works more than 10 hours a day. I fear, if it continues I will become mentally stressed so I decided to come out. I got Offer in CTS as immediate joiner where I didn't include my Capgemini experience in resume. Therefore I decided to abscond from Capgemini..
Now I am worrying, if I abscond will CTS can catch my previouse employer Capgemini where I abscond?
I didn't register in nsr, will Capgemini initiate abscond in nsr portal?
Will it affect in my CTS bgc screening?
Please advise.

Dear Anony,
We live in a technologically advanced world. There is a huge possibility that your current employer may get to know about your previous employment with Capegemini. Even though you are not registered in NSR, or wont disclose your previous employment to your new employer, yet when they use your UAN or aadhar on the pf portal, they will get to know about your previous employment. Whether they act on this or not is highly subjective in nature.

Hi
It is never a good beginning to run away from responsibilities with an excuse that you were not treated well etc. Why not stay back and fight instead of running away and getting scared all through? Check if you can have a talk at the new employment and share your 'ordeal' and see that you do not commit such blunders that too so early in your career. If the previous employer has not initiated any documentation work towards PF and other works, maybe it is possible that you might get away.
Good luck.
Thanks and Regards

Anamik,
10 hrs. working is including lunch time, tea breaks, gossips etc. You have not done any wonder nor done any favour on CG.
Your imagination for workplace is entertainment hall. You should start your own business than you will realise the value of hardworking and putting extra efforts.

Dear Colleague,
Fearing mental stress for working 10 hours, absconding and joining another organization by not disclosing previous employer, not registering in nsr and seeking advice for these idiosyncrasies is sign of unstable mind. There is drastic need to correct your attitudes without which you will never be fit to work anywhere.
