In Diwali my Company give 3 Days Holiday Given Wednesday, Thursday , And Friday - Saturday We want to start company As Per Our Rules But Employees Are Arguing With Me Please Give us Saturday Holiday As per their argument they are right But we want to Follow Our rules How Would I will Convince Them ?

What is the nature of your industry? It appears that your company has 6-day workweek.
If your company employees want off on Saturday (probably on 10-Oct-2018) then you may think of having extra working hours on 04-Oct-2018 (Sun). If you do that then 10th October could be considered as compensatory off. Officially this is not permitted. However, you may keep labour officer informed to do this adjustment.
