1) We have the swiping system for accessing the doors for in and out. But most of the employees are not using swipe card to the access. They are doing tailgating. Please help me in drafting a mail to all employees to avoid and reduce the complaints from security.
2) We have an wellness room. This is using by our employees to take rest for one hour if they are not feeling well. Here we have a procedure like if someone is used the room they should enter their name in the register which already kept inside. But no one is following the procedure. Even though they can send a mail to us keeping their respective team managers in CC. Many times we informed to the respective team managers too to follow the instructions. But there is no output. Request some one pls do the needful to draft a mail how to streamline this.
