It is always seen that for workers who left work within short span bank payment is not ensured can any one suggest way out specially in Gujarat.

It is a common phenomena every where,not only in Gujarat.
The Principal employer/Contractor should ensure the payment is made through bank accounts for all employees/workers even if they work for shorter span be it one day also.
Though it is difficult for the recruiting team to get the employee/worker on board with bank account details from day one,if it is achieved the problem can be resolved permanently to my understanding.
